Complex Care's guards provide access control, perimeter patrols and time-based area patrolling, which is controlled and monitored by the Real Time Guard Tour System provided by ACTIVE GUARD.
Complex Care has a hands-on approach, ensuring managerial supervision on a daily basis.
Complex Care provides detailed incident reports weekly to the Managing Agents and Chairperson of the complex.
These incident reports include action taken, incidents resolved and recommended action to be taken if the incident is unable to be resolved on the spot.
Complex Care's guards are taught the Conduct Rules of each individual complex - the training includes basic codes of conduct, policies and procedures, and general rules and regulations of each complex. This enables the guard to be proactive and to prevent incidents before they occur as well as ensuring that no deviations from policy occur.
Complex Care's experienced staff are fully trained and registered in terms of all statutory regulatory bodies / societies / and associations required in terms of legislation within South Africa, namely, the Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA).
Over and above this, each of Complex Care's specifically selected guards has been trained at Complex Care's Training Centre on the particulars of complex specific security and guarding with the support of Complex Care's Guard Manager who has 18 years of SAPS experience.
