Maintenance is a concerning matter for a lot of trustees. It’s never ending and one problem usually triggers another. Our maintenance division focuses on maintaining the look of your complex and trying to identify problems before they evolve. One of our main functions in our maintenance department is to identify a problem before the problem surfaces. In addition to that, we compile a detailed maintenance report every month. This is generated to specify areas which need attention and to prevent bigger problems from occurring in the future. From a cost management perspective, this saves trustees a substantial amount of money in the long run.
