This often alleviates a lot of stress off the Trustee’s shoulders.

What differentiates us: Many Estate Manager’s have limited knowledge on the laws around the Sectional Title’s Act and often advise trustees incorrectly. Complex Care has taken time to study the Act and we are proud to say that a number of our members are fully qualified in Sectional Title Scheme Management (Through The University of Cape Town).
